UAPP, in partnership with Ukraїner, continues the series of key photos of the month related to the full-scale invasion.


1. Workers at one of the largest thermal power plants in Kharkiv, which was destroyed by Russian missile strikes in April 2024. Due to Russia's constant attacks on Kharkiv's energy facilities, the city has a 50% electricity shortage. Photo by Olga Ivashchenko.

Back then, the Russians struck at the city's civilian infrastructure, and after the rescuers arrived, they struck again. Three rescuers were killed and several others were injured.
