Exhibition "Russian War Crimes" at Pinchuk art center

On July 17, the opening of the exhibition "When faith moves mountains" took place at the PinchukArtCentre, a part of which was the project "Russian War Crimes". "The photographs presented in the exhibition merge into a collective image, created by photographers who joined the collection of evidence and documentation of Russian war crimes in Ukraine. All ideas and narratives that permeate the exhibition 'When Faith Moves Mountains' refer to this image in one way or another. This purposeful unification compels us to constantly remember the reality around us, the realities present here and now, from which there is no escape."

The project was created by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and PinchukArtCentre in cooperation with the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the publication "Ukrainska Pravda", and the Ukrainian Association of Professional Photographers. It was first presented on May 23, 2022, during the World Economic Forum in Davos, to draw the global community's attention to the horrifying reality of Russian aggression against Ukraine.
