Oleksandr Gurman is a Ukrainian photographer living in North America. He works in the genres of portrait, fashion, fine art, and documentary photography. He first became interested in photography as a hobby in 2001 and has been working professionally since 2011. Today, Oleksandr is a Qualified European Photographer (QEP) in the Federation of European Professional Photographers (FEP), as well as a member of the Association of Professional Photographers of Ukraine (UAPP). Oleksandr is an observer of people. He believes that the more a person observes, the more they learn about themselves. This informs his work in that he sees deeply into his clients and works to capture real emotions, sometimes hidden beneath the surface. This helps create images that are genuine and direct.
