On the night of April 19, Russian troops once again attacked Ukraine. The occupiers launched 22 missiles of various types and 14 drones. The air force shot down all the Shaheds and 15 rockets. During the combined attack, the Dnieper and the region were most affected. The occupiers killed eight people: two adults in Dnipro and four adults and two children (a girl 14 years old and a boy 8 years old) in Sinelnikovo.

The mayor of Dnipro Boris Filatov noted that the Russians hit an X-22 missile on a residential building. “Using such rockets to target cities and residential buildings is a deliberate war crime,” he said. Filatov. According to him, the Russians hit 118 houses on Victory in January 2023 with such a missile, as a result of which 46 people died. Also, the X-22 was launched at the Amstor shopping center in Kremenchug in June 2022, when 21 people died.

In total, 5 high-rise buildings and 2 private houses, 3 educational institutions, 7 administrative and office buildings, a market, shops and trade pavilions, a hotel, a service station were damaged in Dnipro. And also almost half a hundred cars.

After another bloody attack by the occupiers, President Vladimir Zelensky called on the world to defeat Russian terror. He stressed that Ukraine needs air defense. “Russia must answer for its terror, and every missile, every Shaheed must go down. The world can guarantee this, partners have the necessary capabilities. This has been proven, in particular, in the skies of the Middle East, and it should work in the skies of Europe,” Zelensky concluded.
