These trainings are designed for journalists, media workers, and freelancers and aim to refresh or deepen their knowledge and practice of physical security and first aid.

- Poltava: November 2-3 (two-day training)
- Lviv: November 9-10 (two-day training)
- Kyiv: September 14-15 (two-day training)
- Kyiv: October 5-6 (two-day training)
Duration: from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Requirements for participants: This training requires participants to have knowledge of tactical medicine and to have previously completed HEFAT training or other tactical medicine training.
