President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on international partners to increase pressure on Russia: "The fact that the Russians continue to strike energy and civilian targets once again shows that the pressure is currently insufficient. "It is hard to write about the affected building in Peremoha. A previously unseen number of missiles and countless drones that targeted the same TPPs, which we had restored after the devastating attack in 2024, several times per minute. [...] It hasn't even been a month since the previous strike, and tonight, simultaneously, the enemy hammered all our generation facilities. The stations are on fire! Our TPPs are not military objects. We do not produce weapons! We employ civilian personnel. We have stopped... Currently — zero generation. Zero! We have lost what we were restoring around the clock. Completely! Every time, the enemy strikes even more brutally, even more cynically."
