The head of the investigative department of the National Police of the region, Sergey Bolvinov, added that one of the missiles “S-300” hit the entrance to the hotel, the second hit the roof. In addition, five more houses were damaged by the shock wave and eight cars burned. “The 35-year-old hotel administrator is in serious condition. Investigators have determined that nine people were in the hotel at the time of the explosions.” stated Sergey Bolvinov.
