The most extensive destruction struck Merefa in Kharkiv region, Zaporizhzhia, Kramatorsk, and Dnipro. Beyond residential neighborhoods and enterprises, enemy targets included a kindergarten in Sumy and an administrative building in Chernihiv. Deliberate strikes continue against critical infrastructure and facilities of Ukrzaliznytsia. While performing their professional duties, two State Emergency Service rescuers and three employees of Naftogaz heroically lost their lives as a result of a treacherous repeated strike.
