Росія впродовж осені майже щотижня масовано атакувала Україну. Цей тиждень не став винятком. Найбільш руйнівними та смертоносними стали атаки на Харків та Київ. Моніторингова місія ООН з прав людини в Україні повідомляє, зі збільшенням інтенсивності обстрілів з боку армії РФ в рази збільшилася кількість загиблих цивільних українців. Зокрема у Києві за перші десять місяців 2025 року кількість жертв серед цивільних, порівняно з минулим роком, майже в чотири рази вища. Схожа ситуація у Дніпрі та Запоріжжі.

Серед символічних світлин року — знімок зустрічі президента Росії Путіна та американського президента Трампа на базі в Анкориджі. Ця зустріч стала своєрідною реабілітацією російського лідера на світовій арені. Також знакова для світу світлина з Китаю, де на військовий парад зібралися лідери країн і глави іноземних делегацій, в тому числі президент Росії Путін і президент Північної Кореї Кім Чен Ин.

Моторошний тиждень: руйнівні обстріли українських міст і смертоносна атака на Тернопіль
Цьогоріч 20 листопада 2025 року, в День захисту дітей, Україна у жалобі за загиблими в Тернополі. Російська армія спрямувала на західні області України майже півсотню ракет разом з дронами, атакувавши житлові будинки у тиловому Тернополі. Загалом за тиждень загинуло семеро дітей: шестеро у Тернополі й одна дівчинка — на Харківщині. Ще майже 30 дітей поранені, одна дитина безвісти зникла. Наслідки російських атак цього тижня — у репортажах із Дніпра, Львова, Тернополя, Запоріжжя й Одеси.

Combined terror: the most powerful missile and drone strike on Kyiv since 2022
The beginning of July 2025 in Ukraine marked a new stage of escalation. On the night of July 3-4, Russia launched the most powerful combined strike since the start of its full-scale invasion. Kyiv and at least five other regions of the country were attacked by drones and missiles. Overall, the week from June 30 to July 4 was one of the most intense: more than 500 strikes, dozens of wounded, destroyed buildings, fires, and human casualties.

“Whoever controls Zmiinyi Island controls the sea.” On the anniversary of the island's liberation, the UAPP publishes photos by Vitalii Yurasov.
On July 4, 2022, the Ukrainian military installed the state flag on Zmiiny. This was the final stage of a complex operation to liberate the island by Ukrainian forces. On June 30, the Russian garrison left Zmiiny under the pressure of Ukrainian attacks.
