The last week of September: prolonged air‑raid alerts, strikes on energy infrastructure, and provocations in Europe
According to Bloomberg, Russia has intensified its attacks on Ukraine following the talks in Alaska. This is reflected in yet another week of Russian terror. “Light and death walk side by side.” Serhii Korovainyi’s photographs from the “City of Good”
“City of Good” is a nationwide project launched by philanthropist Marta Levchenko in 2016. Today, it is a large‑scale space that provides comprehensive support for women and children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances — for example, survivors of domestic violence, those at risk of homelessness, those who need help with socialization and reintegration, or families living below the poverty line. Since the beginning of Russia’s full‑scale invasion, the center has also been helping children who were forced to evacuate because of the war.
