Наслідки чергових російських атак — у репортажах з Одеси, Херсона, Дніпра та Києва
У столиці триває ліквідація наслідків масштабної ракетно-дронової атаки, яка забрала життя сімох громадян і спричинила руйнування й пожежі. Жорстокого удару зазнало місто Дніпро, де загинуло 16 мирних жителів, ворог повторно атакував місто та район просто в день жалоби. На Донеччині чергові авіаудари по Краматорську та Дружківці принесли нові смерті. Окупанти кожен день обстрілювали Херсон з артилерії й безпілотників, а також дистанційно мінували території. Потерпали обласні центри та громади у прифронтових і прикордонних регіонах.

War Nouveau: Yuriy Dyachyshyn's series on new landscapes of war
Lviv photographer Yurko Dyachishin documents life during the war from the first hours of the full-scale Russian invasion. In particular, he photographs how the usual landscapes of his native city of Lviv are changing under the aggressive action of war. Yurko Dyachishin spoke about his work on the War Nouveau project, about the limits of aesthetics in wartime and why he does not believe that one photograph can stop the war, but he very much hopes that he is wrong.

With the start of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ military operation in Russia’s Kursk region, pro‑Kremlin Telegram channels and media began actively spreading narratives about “foreign mercenaries” allegedly fighting there. To reinforce these claims, they used photographs belonging to the Forward Observations Group account on Instagram.

In January 2015, a modular town for migrants from eastern Ukraine and Crimea was built on the outskirts of Kharkiv, near the airport. It was planned that small housing containers would become temporary shelters for internally displaced families. However, very soon, the fenced settlement turned into a ghetto and became a problem for the municipal authorities.

On April 30, 2018, a large-scale anti-terrorist operation on the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine was completed. ATO was reformatted into Operation Joint Forces. The commander of the operation was General Sergey Nayev.
